A. Shipping/ Delivery Concerns:

1. Do you deliver outside Metro Manila?

- Yes we do, for certain items. Right now, shipping outside Metro Manila is limited to a few items only. We are currently working on this to better serve you in the future. For some Cakes By Design, we use Philippine Airlines to deliver to provincial destinations. For more shipping information, click here. 2. How much lead time do you need for orders?

- You can find an item’s required lead time in its page. If an item requires 2 days lead time, add one day for the shipping as well, therefore, you need to order the item 3 days prior your preferred delivery date. (Example: For an item to be received on June 4, order should be received on June 1, 12nn). For most custom made or bulk orders, a 3-4 weeks’ lead time is normally required. B. Product Concerns:

1. Will your products still be fresh when delivered?

- Certainly. Our products typically last for 7 days refrigerated, and a month if kept in the freezer. We finish processing your order a day prior delivery to ensure your order gets to you in the best condition.

2. Do you use fresh flowers on the cakes?

- We only use handmade sugar flowers to complement our cakes. This way, you are guaranteed pesticide-free decors on your cake.

3. How can I customize my order?
